WORK EXPERIENCE: Phillip’s most recent role was with Clearway Energy, where he served as the Head of Operations Integrations and Field Services. In this capacity, he provided critical operational guidance and support to various internal teams, including operations, development, and construction. His primary responsibilities included ensuring smooth transitions of new construction and M&A projects into operational phases. Additionally, he led Clearway’s internal field service group and managed operations for their unmanned solar projects. Before this role, Phillip was the General Manager for Clearway’s Wind Assets. He oversaw the day-to-day operations and strategic planning for 18 wind projects across the U.S., focusing on operational efficiency, financial performance, and budget adherence.
