Renowned for his leadership in safety and workforce development, Andy has consistently improved operational performance by implementing robust safety standards and fostering a culture of efficiency and compliance. 

WORK EXPERIENCE: Andy’s expertise spans site management, OSHA and environmental compliance, budget oversight, and complex technical operations such as crane work, generator changes, and nacelle replacements. Andy’s collaborative approach with regulatory agencies, community leaders, and industry partners, combined with his certifications as a Tower Rescue Instructor and Zenger Miller Frontline Leadership, make him a valuable asset to the NuConsult team.
