Kennith Truelove

OVERVIEW: Kennith Truelove is a highly skilled renewable energy systems professional with extensive experience in field engineering, project management, and construction oversight for utility-scale solar and battery storage projects. He currently serves as a Field Technician at KEM Power, where he maintains and commissions BESS equipment and utility-scale solar systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety protocols. 

WORK EXPERIENCE:  Previously, Kennith worked as an Electrical Project Engineer at Moss & Associates, contributing to major solar projects through pre-construction planning, logistics management, and cost monitoring, and as a Field Engineer at RES, where he led daily construction tracking and championed safety practices. He holds an Associate’s degree in Business Management from Alvin Community College and maintains certifications in OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, Lockout/Tagout, and Confined Space Safety, with core strengths in electrical systems, project execution, quality control, and effective team communication.
