OVERVIEW: Alfred C. Meadows is President of Operations at Powerhouse Resources, an innovative nuclear pump and seal repair company, and Lead Instructor at NuConsult Services, a consulting firm that helps renewable power plant owners and operators optimize performance.

WORK EXPERIENCE: A retired U.S. Navy Master Chief Petty Officer (Submarines), Al has more than 40 years of power generation and repair industry experience. He is a former Master Instructor at the Navy’s elite Nuclear Power School, where he trained and mentored the Navy’s next generation of nuclear operators and leaders.

Throughout his career, Al has held key roles in outage planning and execution, engineering, plant maintenance management, and logistics planning. He is recognized for elevating Human Performance Training to a world-class level, developing programs that improve safety, reliability, and team effectiveness across nuclear and renewable power industries.
