WORK EXPERIENCE: Cole brings over a decade of experience in the power industry. This includes roles at NRG Energy focusing on safety, plant operations, startup and commissioning, warranty recovery, supply chain and procurement, and senior level management. Through a combination of technical knowledge, business acumen and project management he has supported renewable and fossil assets across the country.
