Megan Olsen

OVERVIEW: Megan Olsen is the Junior Operations Coordinator with NuConsult Services, LLC, supporting a range of projects through supporting daily operations along with safety, and administrative coordination. She assists in developing and maintaining safety materials, refining internal policies, and ensuring NuConsult’s operations stay in full compliance. Megan also collaborates with accounting, assists with business development initiatives, and supports the NuConsult team on various HR topics. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oakland University.

WORK EXPERIENCE: Prior to joining NuConsult, Megan worked as Marketing Intern at IHI Power. There, she contributed to projects such as developing website content, preparing client proposals, and supporting business development efforts. Megan also participated in meetings with company leadership and represented IHI Power at an industry event, gaining insight into client relations and business operations.

Megan also has experience in Communications and Public Relations. During her internship with Brose North America, she worked on internal communications and social media projects. She is proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe software, and social media management, and holds certifications in energy production, generative AI, and marketing communications.
