He is a respected figure in the energy industry and has a wealth of experience in overseeing the development and execution of various complex projects. Throughout his career, he has held high-ranking positions in successful energy companies. He possesses extensive knowledge in areas such as business development, project management, and strategic planning for energy-related ventures. Stephen Gross prioritizes creating a harmonious and productive work environment by promoting inclusivity and teamwork. WORK EXPERIENCE:  Stephen has more than 35 years of experience managing various businesses in the energy industry. He was the President and CEO of IHI Power Service Corp. for over 10 years before retiring from the company last year. Currently, he works as a part-time Executive Consultant. IHI Power Services Corp. is a prominent company that owns and operates power plants throughout the United States. Prior to his role at IHI Power Service Corp., Stephen was a General Manager at Constellation Energy, where he eventually became the Managing Director/Vice President.
